Liquor licenses

The Clerk and Recorder’s Office handles all liquor licenses in unincorporated Garfield County.

Renewals

The State of Colorado generates the renewal form. This application for renewal must be forwarded by the liquor license holder to the Garfield County Clerk’s office with the appropriate state and county fees.

New liquor licenses

Forms can be obtained from the State of Colorado website, however, all new liquor license applications have to be submitted to the County clerk.
